SC Architecture strives to provide a reliable, competent and professional service to all its clients, consultant colleagues and the wider stakeholder group. By means of the development and implementation of a QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM the Company demonstrates clear and controlled systematic working methods.  The system, which complies with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2015, is subject to regular review to ensure its continuing effectiveness and relevance to Company requirements and to provide for continuing improvement. This quality policy is designed to:

SC Architecture’s core QMS objectives are:

OBJECTIVE 1:

TO ENSURE THE DELIVERY OF A CLIENT FOCUSSED SERVICE through:

Obtaining feedback on a minimum of 50% of completed projects with any concerns or issues addressed accordingly.

Acknowledging and closing out (where possible/practical) client complaints within 5 working days.

OBJECTIVE 2:

TO COMPLY WITH ALL LEGAL, STATUTORY AND PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS through:

Following the RIBA Plan of Work measured by the completion of all relevant parts of the PROJECT QUALITY PLAN for all projects.

OBJECTIVE 3:

TO RECOGNISE THAT OUR STAFF ARE OUR MOST IMPORTANT ASSET through

Maintaining professional competence via properly targeted and resourced CPD in line with the RIBA’s core requirement.

Undertaking detailed staff reviews on an annual basis assessing both their performance and the resources required to support them.

OBJECTIVE 4:

TO CONTINUALLY IMPROVE THE QMS through:

Regular input and reference to the PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT REGISTER with any actions or non-conformities to be addressed within:

5 working days for non-conformities.

20 working days for process improvements (evolution).

60 working days for process changes (revolution).
